✨Cancellation Policy✨
Hi everyone, hope you’re all okay. It’s been a hard decision to make but due to a high number of cancellations this year I’m going to be introducing a cancellation policy.
I’ve been very lucky since I first started Feel Kneaded, that I didn’t experience a lot of cancellations. However, since the start of the year this number has become very high. I love what I do and I feel very lucky that I get to do this full time, but this has been something that needed to come into place for a while.
🌟Moving forward, I will require 48 hours notice for ALL cancellations. I’m very busy at the moment which is amazing, however I’m having to turn away clients who are all interested in appointments as well, so even though I have a cancellation list at the moment I don’t have enough notice to fill these appointments.
🌟A non refundable deposit of £20.00 will be required for all new clients.
🌟Failure to turn up to your appointment OR less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, will result in full payment of your treatment.
🌟To anyone using Gift Vouchers: if you can’t make your appointment I will rebook you a second time. Failure to come to your appointment or less than 24 hours notice for cancellation for a second time, will result in your gift voucher becoming null and void and unusable.
I understand that life gets hectic sometimes and some things are unavoidable and not our fault, however being a small business and self employed I’m losing a lot of money due to last minute cancellations. I love what I do and I want to continue doing this as much as I am, but I need to protect myself and my business moving forward. This isn’t something I’ve taken lightly and I hope you all understand.
