🌟 It’s group day TOMORROW at Bridgnorth Slimming World 🌟

I know a Slimming World group just a few days after Christmas feels rough. I’m human too. I ate a few too many Christmas dinners over December to.

Know what the most important thing is though? Showing up. We do not expect perfection. We do not judge. We do however encourage a general direction of ‘forwards’.

If you’re looking to start your weight-loss journey, today is just as good as January. If you’re already on your journey, be brave, take a deep breath, and come back to group.

It’s been quite a week in my Slimming world groups this week - some incredible life changing awards given out - from half a stone to 8 stone, the feelings are the same, we’ve heard about confidence gained, diabeties into remission, clothes sizes, improved eating habits, feeding the family so many benefits.

We’re open all over the festive period, give me a shout of you want free membership for January.
