I am a humanistic Counsellor offering a confidential Counselling and Life Coaching service for individuals and couples covering a wide range of issues such as

Anxiety, Bereavement, Compulsions, Phobias, Addictions, Work issues, Panic attacks, Anger, Relationship issues, S*xuality, Stress, Lifestyle, Trauma, Depression, Low self-esteem/confidence, and many other issues.

I offer a safe and confidential service in which my clients are able to explore their issues without judgement. I am an Accredited member of the National Counselling Society and abide by their code of ethics and the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. I am on an Accredited Register that has been accredited by the Professional Standards Authority. I hold professional insurance for working as a counsellor. Prices start from £30 for a 50 minute individual session and couples from £45 for a 90 minute session. Concessions are available for those on benefits, students and pensioners. Block Booking discounts are also available. Clients are able to come to me or I offer home visits at extra cost. The initial assessment session is free and lasts approx 30 minutes.
