Take a quiet minute or two to give this mindfulness exercise a go. It may take time to learn, but mindfulness is a brilliant way to stop and allow your brain to stop spinning, rest and reset, ready to go on with your day.

Fun Friday idea: Summer Bucket List
Take some time, maybe even some paper and coloured pens and write your self a list of things you would like to see and do this summer, then over the next few months see how many you can do! For example:
Feed the ducks
Go for a picnic
Catch up on that TV series
Notice 5 flowers you've not seen before
grow a sunflower
Try a new hobby or sport
