My daily sadhana. 🙏🏻

for me it’s about something very simple, but very important - coming back to myself.

Life can move so fast that it’s easy to get caught up in responsibilities, expectations, and everything happening around us.

We can get swept away.

Loose parts of ourself.

Placing blame on external factors,

Feel off balance..

Emotions/ feelings arising and we don’t know what to do with them.

Somewhere along the way we can lose touch with our own inner voice.

My sadhana practice is my way of slowing things down and creating space to listen again.

It’s a time for stillness, reflection, and honesty with myself.

A time to look at the parts of me that need healing, doing the shadow work, to evaluate where I am and where I’m growing. Not always comfortable, but always worthwhile.

showing up for myself every single day.

my daily sadhana helps me understand myself.

Yoga Nidra … “ the Yogic Sleep”
Meditation can be more efficient than sleep.
when sleeping, thoughts are still revolving in the mind.
We can wake up exhausted.
In meditation, we find a deep state of release from our muscular, mental & emotional tension.
A single hour of meditation (yoga Nidra in particular) can be the equivalent to four hours sleep as the total system relaxes.
We not only relax, we restructure our entire being from within, as we work into the concious, unconscious, and subconscious layers of the mind.
With each practice we are resetting habitual behaviours, emotions, toxins, thought patterns.
Upon relaxing, we open the subconscious part of the mind.
The subconscious mind is very obedient, once we start utilising we can retrain our entire systems.

All are welcome. 🙏🏻💚

“I'm slowly learning that even if I react, it won't (always) change anything,
it won't make people suddenly love and respect me, it won't magically change their minds.
Sometimes it's better to just let things be, let people go, don't fight for closure, don't ask for explanations, don't chase answers and don't expect people to understand where you're coming from.
I'm slowly learning that life is better lived when you don't center it on what's happening around you and center it on what's happening inside you instead.
Work on yourself and your inner peace and you'll come to realize that not reacting to every little thing that bothers you is the first ingredient to living a happy and healthy life."

What to Expect
🧘‍♀️ Sahara will guide you through a grounding sequence of yoga and breathwork, awakening your inner energy channels (nadis) and creating space for renewal and release.

🔔 Tom will then lead a transformational Gong Sound Journey using Master Symphonic & Wind Gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, and rare temple instruments. The vibrations from these sacred sounds pe*****te deep into the cellular and energetic layers of the body, dissolving tension and awakening balance.
Together, these practices weave a deeply restorative experience—inviting stillness, clarity, and reconnection with your true essence.

7 Benefits You May Experience from Our Workshop-
1. Deep Relaxation & Stress Relief. The combination of yoga, breathwork, and gong vibrations encourages profound calm, releasing stress and anxiety from both mind and body.
2. Emotional Healing & Balance. Sound and breathwork work synergistically to dissolve emotional blockages and restore emotional equilibrium.
3. Enhanced Focus & Clarity. Mindful movement and breath bring you back to the present, sharpening focus and offering a renewed sense of purpose.
4. Improved Sleep & Restorative Energy- Gong frequencies reset the nervous system, supporting deeper rest, better sleep, and lasting vitality.
5. Connection to Self & New Beginnings- This session invites you to let go of what no longer serves, creating space for growth, health, and clarity.
6. Increased Mindfulness & Self-Awareness- Each breath and movement cultivates awareness, helping you attune to your body, thoughts, and emotions.
7. Enhanced Healing & Release of Tension- The Master Gong Journey facilitates deep energetic release—supporting healing at physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Why Yoga, Breathwork & Sound Healing Work So Powerfully Together-
Yoga opens the body, breathwork energises and purifies the inner systems, and sound healing harmonises the energy field.
When practiced together, they amplify each other’s effects—awakening your natural capacity for healing, balance, and peace.

Gong Meditation is known as one of the most powerful forms of sound therapy. As Yogi Bhajan once said, “The Gong is the sound of creativity itself.” Its vibrations reach where words cannot—balancing the physical, emotional, and energetic body, and connecting us with the infinite within.

The Setting: House of Wild Cards,
Maws Craft Centre, Jackfield
Nestled in the heart of the Ironbridge Gorge—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—the Maws Craft Centre is a haven of creativity and calm.
