Meet Liz 🤗

Liz is a qualified RGN, Colonic Hydrotherapist and Food Intolerance Practitioner with over 25 years’ experience in alternative health. Originally trained as a Nurse and Midwife, Liz has worked across the UK and internationally, including senior roles in London hospitals and as part of the commissioning team for a new hospital in Dubai.

After resolving her own long-standing bowel issues through colonic hydrotherapy, Liz retrained under Dr Milo Siewert and has been practicing ever since.

Liz offers colonic hydrotherapy and food intolerance testing from clinics in Stourbridge and supporting clients with expert, compassionate care 💧
