A wonderful and unique feature of your QHHT session involves receiving a full-body scan on any physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual issues. Your Higher Self can scan your whole body from head to toe, to discover any areas that may need healing or alignment. The body scan is an amazing process that alone is a jewel in your QHHT session. How does QHHT work? The human mind is always on the go; day and night, constantly worrying, planning, making decisions, creating and remembering. Slowing this machine down can be fairly challenging, let alone controlling its constant activity. Hypnosis can bring your brain waves down to allow your conscious mind to be virtually still, allowing you to reach a wonderful state of peace. At this stage of the deeper level of hypnosis, your Higher Self can communicate and bring you its wisdom and insight. When you request a QHHT session, I explain to you that your Higher Self guides you to the experience that is most relevant to the questions you want answers to and the issues you want to resolve. For many clients, this experience will be a past life on the Earth plane or other Planets or Universes, for some, it might be a parallel life; a journey through the Universe or exploring the Inter-Life, which is between incarnations. Occasionally, if the Higher Self knows this is what you need, you may be shown an earlier period in your current life.
