Rachel Pople - Equine Chiropractor and Sports Massage Therapist I am a fully trained and insured Equine Physical Therapist based in Somerset

Animals can suffer from neck, back, pelvic and musculoskeletal issues and, just like humans, this can cause pain, stiffness, reduced performance, compensatory changes and sometimes altered behaviour. I combine McTimoney Manipulation with Sports Massage and Passive Stretching to address physical and performance related issues in horses. The McTimoney method is a holistic approach which works to realign the musculoskeletal system and release muscle spasm using gentle, high speed adjustments to restore health, movement and soundness. I combine this technique with Sports Massage to alleviate soreness and muscular compensation and improve circulation; this provides a highly effective treatment to ease tension and optimise the performance of your animal.
