Eating disorders can feel overwhelming at times, but you are not alone. Twice a week, SWEDA, Mind in Somerset and Open Mental Health offer a free, confidential helpline for those affected and their families.

If you or a loved one need support please call us on 0300 330 5464. The helpline is open every Tuesday from 8pm until 11pm and every Sunday from 11am until 2pm and offers free, impartial, confidential advice.

Our provider is investigating this as a priority. We will update you as soon as services return to normal.

The CIA Team's Polden Bower Family Club is on this Saturday and welcomes all families with children who have disabilities and/or additional needs. Siblings are welcome too!
