Whether it’s a note for someone going through a tough time, a message of gratitude, or a simple reminder of hope – every word matters.

📝 How it works:

1. Pick up one of the colourful message cards
2. Write your message of love, hope or appreciation
3. Pop it into the green tray
4. We’ll pin it up on the Memory Wall for others to see 💗

We’ve got something new in our main waiting room 👀✨

Say hello to our VistaVue Pod — designed to look and feel just like our website, but right here in the practice. You can use it to access online services, request prescriptions, and manage your care while you’re waiting.

VistaVue also enables patients to:
- View important practice information.
- Find Health information and guidance.
- Stay informed.

VistaVue complements our existing online services by making them more visible and accessible within the practice. It also helps patients who may not have access to the internet at home or who prefer support while using digital tools.

If you need help using VistaVue, a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

Chaperone Service

🩺 Your comfort and dignity matter to us

Did you know that you can request a suitably trained chaperone for any procedure, test, or examination?

For everyone’s safety and professionalism, friends and family are not permitted to act as chaperones.

Please also note that our practice includes both male and female clinical team members. If you have a preference, just let us know when booking your appointment — we’re always happy to accommodate where possible.

📢 Reminder: Prescription Request Update 📢

From 1st February, we will no longer be accepting prescription requests over the phone.

Please request your prescriptions using one of the following options:
✅ Online services via our practice website
✅ The NHS App
This change helps improve patient safety and provides a quicker, more accessible 24/7 service.

💙 Support for vulnerable patients
We know that not everyone can use online services. If you are vulnerable or do not have internet access, please speak to our team at the practice so we can support you.
