Treated myself to a much needed massage by Ambience by Amber last night.
Her treatment room is quiet, lite with candles & soothing background meditation sounds.
I took along with me a oil for the occasion, I blended it with woody balsamic Frankincense, Juniper, Lavender & Marjoram which smelt amazing & relaxed me.
Just the right amount of pressure to help relax a shoulder & neck problem which i have.
I slept better last night than i have in weeks!
