Experienced instructor, health and wellbeing coach, running 121 sessions, celebration parties, online and in person classes, including Purestretch, Pilates Biomechanics, Seated, Standing Strong with Spinesafe, Pelvic Floor and Mental Health specialisms I help people improve their range of movement, improve posture, reduce back pain, gain more flexibility and develop stress management techniques in less than 8 weeks.

This isn't about high-intensity workouts; it's about building a body that works better for you. From the comfort of a chair, we’ll focus on:
• Functional Movement: Learn to perform everyday tasks—like reaching for an item on a high shelf or getting up from a chair—with greater stability and ease.
• Flexibility & Mobility: Gently release tight muscles and restore your range of motion, reducing stiffness and improving your overall comfort.
Strength: Build practical, real-world strength in your core, upper body, and lower body to support your daily activities.
You'll discover how small, intentional movements can lead to big improvements in how you feel. Our supportive environment ensures you can work at your own pace, building confidence with every session.

A great uplifting session especially for those with mobility issues, confidence with balance and those recovering from injury. All you need is a chair and a resistance band or towel to join me in these simple but effective exercises designed to help your body with functional movements as well as improve your mind with mental stimulation, great for those with neurological conditions!
