Really sorry but I have a bit of a moan post.

I know you are all really supportive and appreciate that I am a self employed person.

Over the last 2 weeks I have had around 10 missed appointments.

My cancellation policy is less than 24hours notice half the appointment will need to be paid for, failed to attend appointment will have to be paid for in full until then I will not book another appointment. We are all feeling the crunch of the escalation in prices of everything, I am trying to keep my prices the same, but I am also feeling the pinch. Failed to attend appointments has a massive impact financially but also to the other patients that are waiting for an appointment and could have taken the appointment you didn’t want. Please take this into consideration for future bookings as I don’t want to get to the point (like dentists) that have to take a non refundable deposit upon booking.

I am now able to take on new patients. Been a very long time since I’ve been able to open up my books. Limited for mobile appointments but now have spaces for clinic appointments. Late evening appointments available in clinic on a Tuesday and Thursday
