As it’s World Mental Health Day I thought I’d share my recent discovery for boosting my wellbeing, it’s so much fun!
The best thing? It’s in the dark so no-one can see how often I get the moves wrong 🤣
It’s a great shot of serotonin, dopamine and endorphins, not just the exercise but the singing (not obligatory) & connection with others.
But you don’t have to do a class to look after your mental health, going for a walk, noticing the autumn colours, smiling at someone who lets you in a traffic queue, it really does start with the little things.
