When you start your own without any help, when you muddle through with things that you genuinely find uncomfortable, such as building your website and maintaining your social accounts, when you have to change course due to Covid and navigate a new ‘new’ path, the people who really matter are those close, those who love and support you but also the clients, customers and friends who praise you.

I am so grateful for this. My diet changed 19 years ago, following a vegan diet monumentally altered how I felt, my energy levels, my skin, my hair, basically everything.

I couldn’t ever contemplate eating animals again, it just doesn’t enter my thought process and ‘personally’ it is something I feel strongly against.

I source and sample products from vegan Brands to sell in my Studio or to add to my online Directory. The Directory currently offers a plethora of amazing Brands, updated regularly, all offering you discount codes to use directly via their websites. You will find, beauty products, nail polish, candles, homewares, cleaning products, supplements, skincare, clothing and more, all vegan, sustainable and ethically driven.

I have a private yoga Studio for 1:1 clients set within a backdrop of an orchard. An idyllic space to recharge.

Love these old . I think it’s my passion for Italy that does it, Rome, Milan, the Amalfi coast, Capri, Sicily, to name a few well visited few. The clothes, the food, the scenery .. 🌱

I have a Sunday car, but for local miles I love my electric . It really is fabulous. If you need a small electric car which fits two adults and two Labradors, with their seatbelts.. I can recommend it, especially in powder blue! 😎
