Every now and then I’ll share some recipes that are easy, nutritious, and are really tasty! 😋 this mushroom and lentil ragu really hit the mark. Keep it vegan or add Parmesan. I had this with spaghetti, but your could use this for a lovely lasagna! It freezes well too 🙌
