What a beautiful morning workshop, celebrating the spring equinox, welcoming the light, and setting affirmations 🫶☀️
Tickets are on sale for the April and May dates, on Eventbrite. Why not combine the workshop, with lunch at the Marshes Hub Tea Shop. Take a look at the craft centre, with art, photography, and other items made locally. And Shapwick Heath Nature reserve is a wonderful place to take a wander, and sit and reflect. 🐦 🐞 🦋 🍃

WELL-LIFE has reached 20 years. There have been testing times, fun times, and along the way some great friendships have been established.

I’ve diversified over the years, and now specialise in prevention, rehabilitation, and pain management through massage, exercise, kinesio taping and acupuncture. Especially back care! Pilates has always been a passion, and I’ve been, and still am teaching ‘method’ Pilates.

More recently WELL-LIFE Reiki for people and animals was born. You can find workshops and information posts, now on a separate page!
