We are a new social enterprise formed from a ground breaking partnership between Dimensions and Somerset County Council, together with customers, staff, family and carers. Sam joined the WE Work for Everyone BANES programme last year, and with support from his navigator, Lea‑Ann, he quickly began building his confidence, skills, and career direction.

His hard work paid off when he secured a placement with Selwood Housing, where he’s become a valued member of the lettings team. From supporting admin tasks to working with teams across the organisation, Sam has made a real impact.

🌟 Huge congratulations to John! 🌟

John has been an absolute star throughout his Leonardo Internship. Friendly, hardworking, and always proactive, it was clear from day one that he’d reach his goal of paid employment in no time.

When a role came up at Tesco as an Order Picker, John teamed up with his Job Coach, Andrew, to prepare thoroughly for the interview — and his effort paid off. He was offered the job!

Two weeks in, John is thriving. He’s thrown himself into the role with his trademark enthusiasm, quickly learned the layout of the store, mastered the job, and settled brilliantly into the team. His manager has already shared how well he’s doing.

A fantastic example of setting a goal, using the support available, and achieving great things.

Well done, John — we’re all so proud of you! 💚
