PLEASE NOTE THE LABS ARE NOT EXCEPTING SAMPLES FOR THE REST THIS WEEK - UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL HOPEFULLY NORMAL SERVICE WILL RESUME WEEK COMMENCING 8th SEPTEMBER

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please note: On Mon 1st & Tue 2nd Sept, we cannot accept any samples (urine, stool, sputum, blood, etc.) unless for suspected UTI. This is due to a hospital lab system changeover. Non-urgent samples brought in on these dates will not be processed and must be resubmitted later.

We are currently short-staffed due to sickness.
To help us prioritise urgent clinical needs, please submit all non-urgent requests — including appointment requests, prescription queries, and admin queries — online via the NHS App or our website.
This keeps our phone lines free for urgent problems.
For medical emergencies, dial 999.

You can now use our online triage service (see website below) to send us your request at any time. Our team will review it and respond within 48 hours.
Please remember:

For non-urgent queries, we kindly ask that you use our online system via the Drs Reddy and Nunn website.
We aim to respond to all queries within 48 working hours, excluding weekends. This will help to keep our phone lines available for urgent same-day queries.
Through the system, you can request the following Fit Notes
submit non-urgent medical queries
order medications not on your repeat list
or make general enquiries.
