Life update - I have been busy. 🤣 but I want to tell you a story about my trip to Wales with the lovely Jade!

I wanted to go up the Mach Loop, because walking and fast things that make loud noises with pretty scenery seems a pretty cool experience to have to me. So off we went, did the little walk up CAD East plonked ourselves down on a bit of mud and started waiting. It was cold, then hot, then cold but mainly the wind was cold. So I said to Jade lets stay until 12.30 and then we can go. Then I said out loud to the universe "PLEASE SEND A PLANE THROUGH THE LOOP BEFORE 12.30 EVEN IF IT IS THE A400" because big plane going through small pretty vallley is also cool. At 12 I felt like we were both cold and said lets go. We got to the bottom of the hill drove off and at approximately 12.23 the universe sent an A400 down the valley. 🫠

Well wasnt I just annoyed with my little self.The universe gave me exactly what I asked for but I didnt wait for it (though they should really have realised that patience and impulsivity is you know a minor flaw of my ADHD 🤣🤣🤣).

This year I have already done my first venue psychic night and have been approached by a place in Beverley to put one on there too! So fingers crossed for that and I will keep you all updated.

I have my first ever trip out to entertain at a childrens crystal themed birthday party. We all know I am a big kid myself so super excited for this. 🤣

I also have my next private psychic everning coming up. All of these things have come organically to me and I am so grateful. Thank you for putting your trust in me! I don't really advertise any of this so I guess this is half of an advertisement and also just an NJ update post.

I bought myself a charoite sphere two years ago, and when I moved, it ended up in storage. Last year, I kept a larger purpurite sphere on my bedside cabinet… and didn’t think much more of it.

Recently, I went through my crystal storage and realised I needed to get the charoite out.

The moment I put them together, I just knew—they were meant to be side by side.

Crystal combinations are something I really want to explore more, and this one felt a bit special.

I already knew purpurite and charoite were powerful together, but it felt like something was missing…Then I found my pyrite point—and (very intentionally 😅) “borrowed” Natalie Janes pyrite pendulum to place either side.

Subconsciously, accidentally… or led by the crystals? Who knows. But this is what came together:

Purpurite → mental clarity & insight
Charoite → emotional transformation & inner strength
Pyrite → confidence, protection & motivation

Together, it feels like:

Insight → Emotional processing → Taking action

And honestly, for where I am right now—trying to understand my ADHD traits, process them, and actually put things in place to support myself—this combination feels exactly right for this next chapter.

Ok. That time of the week....Motivational Monday! How did you get on with your goals and what are they going to be this week?

I got through a week at work! I didn't eat better 😬 I did more than two walks. I definitely did not slow down as much as I should have done, but overall 2/4 is still a success!

So drum roll please....this weeks goals will be:
*get back on track with the GLP1, trialling Mounjaro for a month to see what effect it has on dopamine food seeking
*finish my ADHD psychoeducation
*book in a homeopathy session
*have a quiet week
*paint my next picture
*have fun on Sunday at the Food & Gift Fair At Burton Constable Hall 🥳

Friday funday. Cheese. We went for cheese. How many of you like cheese??? Our lovely friends were up from London and we needed a venue to go to in Bridlington. So we went to have boards at The Board Inn Bridlington!

Such a strange and cool place, you get a room, you get food and they have a bar downstairs. I am going to enquire to see if I can do a psychic night here in their function room.🤞

I know people who have ghost hunted in here and it has some stories to tell, even I get very different vibes from the different rooms. We liked it so much we are going back.....🤣 anyway I highly recommend and while you wait to go for your cheese board have any of you got any spooky stories from places you have visited to tell?
