There is something ancient and sacred about sitting in ceremony with cacao.

Ceremonial cacao isn’t just hot chocolate, it’s a heart-opening plant medicine that has been used for thousands of years by indigenous cultures of Central and South America to deepen connection, prayer, and intention.

Raw cacao is rich in magnesium, iron, and antioxidants, supporting the nervous system and gently increasing blood flow to the brain and heart. It contains theobromine (a natural, softer stimulant than caffeine) which can enhance focus, mood, and energy without the crash.

Spiritually, cacao is known as a heart medicine. She softens emotional walls, supports release, deepens intuition, and helps us connect ~ to ourselves, to each other, and to something greater. 🌿🤎

This ceremony will include:

✨ Advanced Journey Workshop Reflections ✨

This week in our Advanced Journey Workshop, we worked with the beautiful Shamanic Journey Cards that were generously gifted to me by . The depth that unfolded was incredible.

For our third journey, everyone chose their own journey card before we set a clear intention to the West, which is the direction we were studying and connecting with that evening. After the journey, each person selected a vision card and we came together to share what we had seen, felt, and experienced.

I always get chills when I see how deeply connected each journey becomes to the ones before it. It happens every time yet still surprises and moves me. The synchronicity, the threads that weave us together, and the way spirit speaks through shared experience never ceases to amaze me.

Passing the cards around the room and hearing everyone’s visions was such a beautiful moment of connection. The openness, trust, and collective wisdom that emerges in these spaces is something truly special.

These cards will absolutely be becoming a staple within our Advanced Journey classes moving forward.

Something else important came through this week. It became clear that there is a need for an intermediate space within the journey work. This will be a place for those who feel ready to move beyond beginner sessions but are not quite feeling the pull toward advanced work yet.

I will be developing this offering for the second half of the year and integrating it into future workshops to support everyone on their unique path and pace of growth.
