We are deeply saddened to share the heart breaking news of the sudden passing of one of our beloved care workers, Richard Franks.

For 7 years, Richard was a dedicated and compassionate part of our team, touching the lives of so many clients, families, and colleagues. Richards kindness, patience, and unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care made a lasting difference every single day.

Richard was more than a colleague — He was a friend, a source of comfort, and a true embodiment of what caring means, know lovingly by us all in the office as 'Grandad Richard'.

Richards warmth, gentle nature, big smile and unwavering dedication will never be forgotten. The impact Richard made within our community will continue to live on in the lives he touched.

Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Richards family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of working alongside him during this incredibly difficult time.
