My lovely client today was rather embarrassed by her feet and had allowed her nails to really take over. She had spent such a long time in fear of been hurt after a consultation and breaking down some walls we took our time and ensured she was comfortable throughout her appointment, she was so overwhelmed with the results literally changing her life. This is why I love my job 🥰
