Today is National stress awareness day.
Studies show, last year 74% of us felt stressed at some point. With the pressures that comes with modern life it’s important to recognise that stress can have a serious detrimental affect on our health and wellbeing, potentially causing a negative impact to our mental health.
Work, friends, family, home life, can all be possible causes of stress at times, so remember everyone, take the time to ask people how they are, that small thing might make a big difference to someone’s day, because we shouldn’t just talk to our friends, and family, when we have time, we should make time to talk to our friends and family. 🙂
