The NHS has published its latest Oversight Framework results for Quarter 3 (October–December), which provide a national picture of how Trusts are performing across England.

We are pleased to share that our Trust has now moved into segment one, the highest of the four performance segments. This is an important milestone and reflects the dedication of our staff and the continued improvements across our services.

Health and Wellbeing Advisor and Connector service update.

The Health and Wellbeing Advisor and Connector service in the East Riding which is provided by Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust for East Riding of Yorkshire Council will finish on the 31st of March 2026 at the end of the current commissioned contract.

The service’s outreach clinics will end on Friday, 23 January and will no longer be able to accept referrals.

Anyone already engaged with the service will continue to receive care until Tuesday, 31 March 2026 to ensure completion of support.

✨️Staff Awards 2025 cont.✨️

We're still coming down from the excitement of last night's Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust awards after an amazing evening.

Alongside TWO nominees in the category we were also shortlisted in the award 🌟

Our Health & Wellbeing Advisor & Connector team work across the East Riding providing health and wellbeing support to address physical, mental and social health needs to tackle issues such as loneliness and isolation, housing, debt, welfare and much more.

To do this successfully requires building effective partnerships across the locality with other health care services, the local authority and VCSE sector. Our team of Social Prescribers take this very seriously and know how much of an impact this can have and in doing so created 111 Partnerships this last year alone 😱👏✨️

Well done to yet another incredible team within YOURhealth 👏 🙌 we are all feeling very proud and honoured to provide these services but it's the team that make it exactly what it is 🌟

We had an incredible evening at the Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust Staff Awards last night and felt incredibly lucky to have been shortlisted for 3 Awards 🌟🌟🌟

Well done again to our YOURhealth Coaches for Fishermen for winning the award last night 🏆👏

We'd also like to say a huge well done to Kerry, one of our Social Prescribers who was also shortlisted for the award 👏👏👏 Kerry has once again pushed for change in Goole by supporting women and their wellbeing during all stages of the Menopause journey. Kerry co-created and hosted 6 weekly workshops that have proved incredibly popular over the years, having since been replicated across the East Riding and into Hull. Thank you Kerry and well done 👏✨️

We couldn't be happier to have won the Wellbeing award tonight at the Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust awards. The work Richard and Dawn do with the Fisherman and their families has really helped make a difference and prevent multiple people from being diagnosed with long term health conditions as well as a decrease in their mental health and much much more whilst working with the Fishermen's Mission Hull & Yorkshire Coast Fishermen's Mission

Our Health and Well-being Adviser & Connector Service, in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Society, is hosting a drop-in event at Goole YourHealth Hub.

Come along to:

- Access information and support around dementia
- Speak with professionals if you’ve been recently diagnosed or are concerned about symptoms (for yourself or a loved one)
- Connect with support if you are a carer
-Enjoy a friendly chat and some free refreshments while finding out what help is available.
