I’m a couple of days late with this one, I am sorry however I think it is a a lovely one and quite apt for this time of year!

Day 15 to 19 is - Send a Kind Message to Someone You Appreciate.

This act of kindness can help strengthen relationships by expressing gratitude or simply saying, “I’m thinking of you.”

So at this time of year when we’re sending out Christmas cards why not add a little note in the card. It helps personalise the card and shows that you took the time to think about the recipient. A few heartfelt words can convey your gratitude, acknowledge their importance in your life, or simply wish them joy and warmth during the Christmas season. It can strengthen relationships, convey genuine sentiments, and brighten someone’s day.

Did you know that sound healing can be used in Reiki treatments and can carry Reiki healing just as much as the flow of energy from the hands?

I worked with a client yesterday introducing sound/voice therapy to her treatment in order to help achieve balance and perfect energy flow to her throat chakra. Here's a few ways you can use sound to help heal your throat chakra -

1. Chant - the most common chant is the OM. By chanting this sound you can heal your inner energy just from it's vibration
2. Vowel chant - Ahaa, Eee, Eye, Ooo, Uuu are non specific and you can direct it's vibration into any area of your body
3. Throat chant - Chanting Kaa Gaa Gha repeatedly will direct healing to the throat chakra

Today we head into day 7 and for the 7 days we’re going to be spending time in nature… here’s the challenge 👉

Take a 15-Minute Walk in Nature each day. Being outdoors reduces stress and improves mental clarity. Disconnect from your phone and reconnect with the natural world.

I know it’s not the best time of year for this little bit of the challenge but there’s still plenty to appreciate in nature even if you have to get your wellies and brollys out, or just sit looking at the starry sky 🌌 😉 It would be great for you to share any pictures showing your love/connection with nature ⬇️

Hey friends🌟 Let’s talk about happiness! Happiness isn’t just a place we get to—it’s a journey, and the path can be even more magical with a little bit of structure. 🙌✨ That’s why I’m inviting you to join the 30-Day Happiness Challenge!

Imagine this: for the next month, we’ll dive into simple activities that sprinkle joy, gratitude, and positivity into our days. Each little action is a step towards elevating your mood and shifting your perspective. Plus, we’ll build some awesome habits along the way!

💭 Why join in? Life can get hectic, and sometimes we overlook the little things that bring us joy. This challenge is all about hitting pause, resetting, and taking just a few minutes each day for yourself. Science says it’s a game changer! Small acts of gratitude or even spending a moment outside can boost your overall well-being! 🌱🌈

So, how does it work? Each day, you’ll have a fun activity focusing on one of three pillars: gratitude, mindfulness, and connection. I’ll drop the activity onto this page so be sure to keep checking in. It’s not hard, it’s not challenging, the aim is to keep it simple and enjoyable but to make it a non-negotiable part of your day. A great way to do this is to track your journey and share your experience so don’t be afraid to post on here or even reach out for support.

By the end of the 30 days, you’ll likely notice significant changes. You might feel more optimistic, handle stress better, and enjoy closer relationships.
