It has been the most difficult year, and sadly some of us have lost someone dear to them. As we celebrate Christmas and the New Year of 2021, we hope you have a safe and peaceful time together.

This is such a wonderful testament to the role we undertake at Hannah Rose.

"I spoke to Michelle after the sudden passing of my dad and was instantly comforted and reassured knowing that Hannah Rose would be dealing with my dad's funeral. All the team were respectful, understanding, knowledgeable and considerate at what is the most emotional time. Laura wrote and delivered a beautiful personal eulogy at our small private service in the funeral home followed by a perfect funeral tea. Dad would have approved most definitely. Thank you from us all."

We are looking to buy a Cuddle Cot which will serve our community, for little ones who sadly died, t… Michelle Low needs your support for Community Cuddle Cot

Some of us are not blessed with a long and healthy life, some of us never reach 6 months old, as such it pains me to say that sometimes we look after precious little ones on behalf of their mummy and daddy. To help us help them, we are raising funds to purchase a community based cuddle cot. This allows parent to take their baby home and keep them there longer, until the funeral, sadly they cost £1800. Can anyone help with a monetary donation or a gift which we could raffle to raise funds. Every little bit is so so appreciated. Please get in touch. 01262-425253.

St Paul's Cathedral memorial site for those who have died as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic in the UK. An enduring space for all people to share in grief and compassion as we work in hope for the future.

Tell us once

When someone has died there are a lot of things that need to be done and often at a time when you least feel like doing them. One of those things is registering the death with the registrar. Once that is done, several organisations may have to be contacted and given the same information.

‘Tell us once’ is a service where the Registrar will give information to the Department for Work and Pensions; they then pass it on to a number of other government departments and local authority services.
