If you feel you are reaching a crisis point with your mental health and need support with your well-being, the Community Front Room is here for you. We offer a welcoming, non-judgemental and safe space for you to to come to be, to talk and be listened to. Mental Health Practitioners and Peer Specialist specially trained for working in the Community Front Room are here to help you work out your next steps for your well-being. You do not need a referral, just come and ring the doorbell when we are open or call (during opening hours) to make an appointment. Tel no. 07385 290804

The Community Front Room is open to anyone aged 18 years and over. However, we cannot work with people who:
- Require medical attention beyond basic First Aid.
- Are intoxicated by alcohol or substances.
- Are showing threatening or physically aggressive behaviours.
- Are under 18 years old. What is a Community Front Room?
