I was in London recently, visiting a couple to discuss the script for their wedding this summer. Food plays an important part in their lives so they have chosen a Devon location for the ceremony. They plan to showcase local produce and artisans during their wedding day feast.

Leaving after a ceremony is the most difficult part of my work. After many hours, days and weeks getting to know those involved and creating the script that reflects perfectly the occasion, I feel both bereft and elated. It’s work that is incredibly rewarding.
