We have three gorgeous sons aged between 10 and 15 years old. Growing up in today’s world, our kids are exposed to so many stressful situations in every day life. In my personal opinion, there is a lot more harm than good happening at the minute and this isn’t a nourishing wholesome time to grow up. I want children to grow into balanced healthy adults without having loads of physical illnesses and a mental breakdown. I want to give children the knowledge and tools to self regulate their emotions and rid themselves of anxiety and depression so that they don’t end up taking toxic medication for the rest of their lives. Or taking their lives. As cliche as it sounds … children are our future and that’s the bottom line. It’s our job as parents to give them the best start that we possibly can.

Because of all the crazy things that are happening In our country and world being pushed upon our young’uns, children today are having to deal with anxiety, fear, peer pressure and educational pressures to name a few.

Child and adolescent mental health problems are at an all time high and child ailments such as ear infections, respiratory infections, asthma, G.I. upset and type 2 (adult-onset) diabetes are rising.

Reiki and energy healing is safe and non invasive.
