To sink the Qi.
Daily life, stress, nervous system overload and the way our society and culture works supports the opposite.
So to sink within and to rest, be at ease within our body is not a small thing at all.
To find ease, even in the face of a stressful situation.
To be at peace with ourselves, so that when we close our eyes and enter our inner world we find somewhere that we love to be for a considerable length of time,
Are all signs of being able to sink the qi.
