- Nei gong breathwork training -

For anyone who realises that their breath-work is not as efficient as it could be.... which might be all of us!

We will explore the causes that will create the outcome of our breathing deepening and releasing, thereby taking our Nei Gong training to the next level.

I have had a wonderful stretch of time off, which after a demanding last year has been very much needed. I am still in retreat and spending as much time as life allows in practice time which is heaven…does riding your horse around Dorset countryside count? I think so:)

GOING DEEPER
3rd-8th March

This 6 day event is open to all those practitioners who have completed a foundation event with myself or another teacher.

The focus for the days:- (Although it will always be adjusted somewhat when I see who is coming so the training can best address the needs of the group present)

Refining, deepening Reverse breathing

Opening the body and Jing Jin lines with various moving and static postures.

Dao palms

Sitting practices for Nei Gong

Building Qi

As we have a number of days it enables our training to exponentially deepen as we train and practice together.
