I am constantly impressed with what this tape can do, one of my favourite techniques is using it on bruises.
This was a rugby injury taped once already before the first photo (left overnight) and then retaped with Kinesio FP tape for a further 3 days, with the results in the last photo! The treatment continued until the bruise was completely gone which was faster than it would have been without the use of Kinesio tape, the benefits of which are numerous!
