So second no show of the day 😟 I am surprised to still find myself surprised that when people do not attend and I sit here wasting operation time , that the most common response to my text or phone call is Oh I forget, just book me back in for tomorrow or next week. No sorry No please or thank you 😟 Well the stock answer is I still have lots of lovely patients who turn up on time every 6-8 weeks and appreciate my time as much as do theirs. So a big thank you to everyone who tuned up this week. To those who missed I’m sorry but there will be at least an eight week wait to get back in. And missed or short notice cancellations do come with a price tag. Looking forward to some time off and getting the family together again 🤬

Feeling deflated 1050 patient did not attend and then to top it the following patient 1130 didn’t turn up 😩 I can only apologise to the 8 people who are waiting on the call back list for treatment in pain. If you can not attend a quick text or call can make the difference for someone who really needs treatment. So that with yesterday DNA puts it to three non attendance so far this week and we are only just half way through it and I am Woking late to get as menu treatments as I possibly can in a day.
