Lately, a lot of conversations in the studio have been about more than just tight muscles, which has inspired me to create this post.
To be more specific, massage can help lower stress hormones, encourage the release of feel good chemicals like serotonin and dopamine, and even improve sleep and mental clarity. It shows that this isn’t a luxury, it’s something your brain genuinely needs.
