The training miles shouldn’t all be done on road and with views like these, it’s a great alternative to the tarmac☀️

TONIGHT'S TRAIL CLASS: CANCELLED!

I think this may be the first time i've ever decided to CANCEL a class but owing to the worsening weather it's the sensible decision.

Everyone has also been emailed with more details on how to catch up with the missed session.
