Martine had not been on holiday for over 8 years, so this weekend was something truly special. She spent quality time at Whinfell Forest with her family, supported by two amazing staff members, Pauline and Rachel.
We’ve received wonderful feedback from both her family and her case worker, and its heart warming to see the difference that moments like these can make.
Experiences like this remind us how important it is to create opportunities for connection, joy, and lasting memories. 💙

June was truly in her element during her visit to Farmhouse Biscuits 🍪
She joined us at the office to see where it all happens, enjoyed a lovely cup of tea, and sampled some delicious biscuits along the way.
Afterward, we headed over to Pendle Village where June had a great time browsing the shops and enjoying a nice lunch at the café.
It was such a lovely afternoon spent together. On the journey here, June was sharing fond memories of when she and her husband bought a car from Motorpoint a reminder of just how special these moments and stories can be.
A day full of smiles, stories, and sweet treats 💛

This morning I met a lovely woman named Liz Melvin from the Filo Project. What they do is amazing they provide high-quality day care for people with dementia and other age-related challenges, bringing care directly into people’s homes. It was inspiring to see how much of a difference this kind of support can make.
