Hi all! It’s me Kerry!! Just a quick note “Dine with manager” starts at 1300hrs and ends between 13.45 and 1400hrs!! Please arrange your transport so that it does not conflict with this very valuable time!! It’s not just a meal it allows management to sit, listen and reflect with our residents of the day! Lately we have had numerous relatives coming and going during “OUR” time, this causes further confusion, residents wishing to get up to open doors or causes the resident to stop communicating with us! After all a stranger has just walked into their safe space!!
Guys management do this every day Monday to Friday we see absolutely EVERY resident and see a different side to them!! Please support us in YOUR home to do something no other local home does!! Break down barriers!! Managers absolutely love this part of the day using our breaks to do it!! So yes it’s our time too!! DINE with manager always contains three of the following managers!
Kerry, Robbie, Ellen,maz, Susan,Tammy and Jemma!!
REMEMBER it’s also protected meal times!! So choose your visit times with plenty of thought!! We do not like saying NO! But we will to protect our residents ❤️❤️❤️visits need to be finished by 1 and commence from 1.45 onwards!! We pride ourself in low weight loss statistics and this is one of the reasons why xx see you all soon and if you wish to discuss just grab me!! You know I love a good chat😜
