One of the best ways to stick with activity is to schedule it – just like you would a group night or work meeting.

I’ve popped three move-more moments into my calendar this week:
• A brisk 20-minute walk around the local park (or even just around the block if the weather’s iffy!)�Perfect for clearing your head and getting those steps in — bonus if you wrap up warm for some fresh air.
•A fun 15-minute dance workout at home (put on your favourite playlist and just go for it!)�Slimming World has lots of dance-inspired videos for members, and this is such a joyful way to get moving.
• A quick 10-15 minute gentle yoga or stretch session (great for beginners and super relaxing after a busy day)�Yoga builds flexibility and strength gently — ideal for anyone starting out or wanting something calming.
