When you exercise your brain to improve mental fitness, you begin to feel good about your brain and what it is capable of. Instead of it controlling you and being a scary place, you control it and get it to work for you, rather than against you. As you build strength through regular training and exercise the real you comes back. If your mind is not a good place to be right now and you want to get it under control, brain fitness training is one way to do it. Building strength in the brains’ circuits takes time, but so does building strength in those biceps if we’ve never lifted weights before!
Time to treat the brain like a muscle and start getting the reps in that ready matter!
