The reality is, that life is hard! It's meant to be... nobody has it easy, despite what they may project

It's hard whether you believe in Spirit or not.

It's hard whether you are Spiritual or not.

But it is easier with that faith in place. It is easier when you can allow yourself to drop into a space of trust in the universe, it flows easier when you have a support system around you

The hard bits feels a little easier to cope with when you have faith that the universe is working for you and not against you. When you work towards your highest path with your Guides by your side 💛✨️

There's been some darkness over the last couple of weeks....I don't follow the news but I am on Facebook and it's hard to avoid it all!

If you're struggling, breathe!

Breathe in the light, absorb the light through every cell. Breathe out any heaviness. Or better still, send that through your roots into Mother Gaia and thank Her for transmuting that denser energy into light.

I can feel the shifts of the changing season 🍂 I usually feel so apprehensive about this time of year...experiencing SAD since i was around 19 years old really took its toll on me.

But now I relish the Autumnal colours, the changing of the seasons, the slowing down and the showing up for myself in different ways

Depression = Deep Rest

I now move with the seasons, I flow with the cycles. I was so caught up in trying to be Summer Me through the winter that I wasnt enjoying Winter Me 🤍

Introspection, rest, recuperation, and lots and lots of self love and care.... plus blankets and cosy evenings (where my day finishes at 4pm 🤣)
