what is maintenance care?
If you end up in pain after bending down to tie your shoelaces your pain hasn’t just come out of the blue, it’s usually been developing for some time without you knowing about it. It’s often the thousandth straw that breaks the camel’s back.

This morning, officers from Brigg NPT were out and about on Mill Lane alongside our partners from ONGO Housing and Safer Neighbourhoods.

Together, we carried out HumberTalking—listening to your views and concerns—and helped residents sign up to My Community Alert, keeping everyone informed about what’s happening locally.

On Thursday our resident skeleton 💀 visited Lincoln Minster School with Dr Yasaman Ashley to talk about chiropractic to the children and the importance of looking after their bodies from very young age. It was amazing to look at their faces when they saw Sam the skeleton and answer their questions 😍
