🟢 Call 111 or use https://111.nhs.uk/ where you can get advice for most health conditions and acute illnesses that you would normally contact your GP for.
🟠 Urgent treatment centres (UTCs) provide urgent medical help when it's NOT a life-threatening emergency. They can diagnose and deal with many common problems people go to A&E for i.e. broken bones, rashes, mental health concerns and high temperatures.
🔴 A&E (accident and emergency) is for serious injuries and life-threatening emergencies.
🔴 Call 999 for life-threatening emergencies like serious road traffic accidents, strokes and heart attacks.

We have received a couple of queries regarding our new online platform SystmConnect, so we have put together this quick guide as an example of how to use it.

Our new platform, SystemConnect will be replacing our current Online Portal as well as integrating into our normal treatment pathways.
But don't worry, you don't need to do anything different, just call your normal practice number, come to reception or use our instant access online service.
