As we start to let go of 2025 ... we can start to feel the new or simply what we'd like more of in 2026. Yes we can do these things anytime, yet the beginning of a new year does offer that 'blank slate' feeling.

Our Vision Board session is a chance to tap in to your intuitive knowing through creative play and take some time out in a big beautiful space. Guided and facilitated by Chloe and Emma this is a session to not only have some time for yourself but also set out what you want for the month / quarter / year ahead and beyond.

Menopause Yoga on Thursday 11 December 6pm - 7.30pm to the themes of ‘Wintering’ - Anxiety and Overwhelm.

We'll look at rest and reprioritising through gentle grounding slow flow hatha yoga to calm the mind. Breathwork and mantra to calm and connect. Restorative yoga at the end with guided meditation.

Last Moon Yoga of the year - Thursday 18th December 6pm - 7.30pm - and the perfect pause amongst the Christmas fullness.

New and Full Moons, a time each month to punctuate the days … reflecting and releasing what is no longer for us and moving towards what is.

Nestled in the cocoon of the space for Moon Yoga, we move our bodies to unstick and naturally release to bring in more fluidity , relax and restore during a guided meditation and reflect with journal prompts (stay relaxing or literally write).

Moon Yoga Thursday 20th November.

Under the theme of the New Moon in Scorpio, we'll take some slow Yoga movement and postures, followed by a 15 minute guided meditation and journaling to really nestle into the new ... that phase of the moon that punctuates the month to remind us of what's truly important to us and / or have some quiet retreat from everyday life.
