Our Shelly has been cooking for the last couple of days to provide cover for annual leave… Many of our team members are able to step into others roles & help out. Here at Orchard Court we have not had to seek cover from outside agencies for 14+ years due to team members being multi skilled/trained. Shelly has certainly had her bake on & has given The Great British Bake Off a run for their money…. Iced Cherry Bakewell, Banana Cake, Coffee & Walnut Cake, Tea Loaf, Date, Walnut & Fruit Flapjacks, Chocolate Concrete & Rocky Road…. Shelly loves baking for others especially our lovely residents…

We’ve been celebrating Chinese New Year here at Orchard Court today…Ollie & Shelly cooked up a storm in the kitchen & what a banquet our residents enjoyed…On the menu Sweet & Sour Chicken, Chow Mein, Rice, Chinese Curry Sauce, Pancake Spring Rolls, Chips & Prawn Crackers followed by Pineapple or Banana Fritters & Icecream….It really did go down a treat…”Kung hei fat choi" permission obtained to display photographs

All team members on board today went above & beyond to ensure that Valentines was celebrated in style at Orchard Court & certainly spread the love ❤️💋❤️💋❤️💋.
