I'm Arran I started going to se Catherine about a year ago I've had alot of problems in my life to do with drugs drink depression anxiety many other issues I've been through 2 rehabilitation centers spending 6 months in one doing the 12 steps a world renound alcoholic process but no matter wat I've tried I've alway reverted back to living a life of stress depression and medication wether by prescription by a doctor or myself any way I started doing guided meditation and hypnosis with Catherine I've actually come on leaps and bounds she has helped me put straight nearly every aspect of my life again I no longer drink my depression and stress and all round confidence has got amazingly better I am going to the gym daily and swimming and also got my driving licence back which I had almost given up hope of ever getting again she gave me direction and help in many ways and I've changed from a man nearly always on the edge of tears with stress or drunk to a happy human she has helped me in so many ways and I don't know how I can ever repay her for giving me my life back I still see her regularly through choice now because our sessions boost my happiness and confidence every time thankyou Catherine ### Arran Moore !
