7 quick tips on improving your health through nutrition
1, trying new meals can be fun and a great way to focus on your nutrition
2, cooking meals your self can help cut down on processed foods and make you more aware what is in certain meals.
3, cutting down on processed foods can make your health and performance improve.
4, portion size can make a huge difference, too much of a ‘good thing’ can make you put weight on. If you’re eating too much of one thing you might not be eating a varied diet meaning you might be missing out on something else i.e calcium or iron.
5, just because a food is marketed as ‘healthy’ it doesn’t mean you should eat unlimited amounts of it.
6, the only way healthy people lose or gain body fat is by consuming more or less calories than what their body needs.
7, an average healthy person eating a well balanced diet does not need to take supplements including multivitamins and protein shakes.

I am looking for clients.
I am newly qualified in personal training and have a lot of knowledge and experience in running different distances and type of terrain from park runs to ultra marathons.
I believe I can help new or established runners of any ability to achieve there goals or help anybody who just wants to get generally fitter. I started my fitness journey after realising i couldn't even run 100 metres in the rain with out being exhausted for hours afterwards.
I knew I had to get my self fitter and healthier, I had high blood pressure, over weight and a high resting heart rate. I joined the local gym I did a mixture of things but I soon spent more and more time on the treadmill as this seamed to burn more calories. I got qualified as a gym fitness instructor and nutrition adviser to gain knowledge.
I got hooked on running and entered a marathon. After doing research I modified a couple of training programs because I couldn't find one to suit my requirements and designed for Snowdonia marathon. since then I have modified and written my own plans with great success.

I can offer personal training sessions, training plans, fitness advise, support etc
I am also able to give you sports nutrition and general nutrition advise. which can help improve your performance and health.

I am also qualified in Hot stone massage which can help reduce pain, muscle soreness, fatigue as well as improve sleep, some health conditions and relaxation
