Sarah is so helpful and smiley, always goes above and beyond for the residents.
And Tasha, is always a friendly face and is a huge help with work behind the scenes, that others don't necessarily see!

Are you an experienced, compassionate care professional looking to take the next step? Wrawby Hall Care Home is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our supportive and friendly team.
In this rewarding role, you’ll help lead our care team, ensure high-quality person-centred care, and make a meaningful difference every day.

✨ About the Role:
• Lead and support care staff during shifts
• Deliver high-quality personal care with dignity and respect
• Administer medication (training provided if needed)
• Maintain accurate care records and care plans
• Promote residents’ wellbeing, independence & comfort

✨ About You:
• Previous experience as a Senior or Care Assistant
• Strong leadership, teamwork & communication skills
• Kind, patient and dedicated to exceptional care
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
