First Aid for Mental Health Training
It was great to meet staff from Archway Engineering, HPC Laser, Studywrite and Lucas who is a student and works part-time at Halifax Bradley Hall GC. Congratulations for successfully completing the L2 First Aid For Mental Health Course.

Tomorrow (Monday 13th April 2026) we are delivering a First Aid for Mental Health Course, Tuesday 14th we are working with 150 children, Wednesday we are delivering 2 Anaphylaxis Awareness sessions, Thursday we are delivering a bespoke course for lone workers, Friday it is an Emergency First Aid at Work Course and Saturday it is an Emergency Paediatric First Aid Course.
We are flexible and takes the hassle out of training for organisations.

Many Organisations invest in training but there is a gap – We focus on closing that gap.

Risk Mitigation, Manager Capability Gaps, Retention and Culture.
Things are said with good intentions but the language used can be wrong. Confidence, not knowledge is where most mental health first aid fails – Emotional Intelligence is the difference between hesitation and action. This is the missing link.

It is great to have been mentioned in the Emergency Medical Services World Publication (USA). It is important to address the Wellbeing of rescuers and potential rescuers.

Yesterday I went to the Etihad to learn about "Once a Blue" and the work that is taking place to support former players. It was an interesting afternoon.
