Evolve Hypnotherapy We offer: One to one well-being therapy. Diploma training in Hypnotherapy and Reiki training Angela runs a thriving practice in Huddersfield West Yorkshire.

With years of experience providing therapy, support and training in both the public and private sector, Angela is the Principal and lead course tutor for Evolve School of Clinical Hypnotherapy. She works with advanced integrated therapies that she has developed to help her clients to find full, lasting resolution. Angela is also an acknowledged supervisor with the GHR and holds Senior Practitioner

level. After being a trainer for quite some year,s Angela felt that there was room for improvement within the training and ongoing development of hypnotherapists. The school provides a fully comprehensive programme for students coming into the profession encompassing all further supervision and development requirements needed for therapists to advance into successful confident practitioners.

Many people still do not know how to approach and:or offer help to someone who is struggling
Mentally and emotionally.
Leaving them to feel alone and isolated!

Isolation is a key factor to declining mental health but still they will say they ‘did not know’ someone was suffering despite..not seeing them as much.
They never bothered to check!

Some people just don’t have the capacity to empathise or even want to offer support, they would rather avoid what they see as ‘negativity’.
This can lead to a sense of abandonment, a side dish for the isolation.

If you haven’t seen or heard from your family, friend or loved one, or you are aware of them struggling then simply ask ‘how can I help!’

They do not expect you to have the answers or know what to do..they may not even need counselling or any other form of professional help.

Whst life has taught me both personally and professionally is that as humans it is important for us to feel connected in some way, relevant but, never alone.

Your presence may be all that is required, no advice.. no problem solving just good old simple sitting and listening could help them survive another day.
