This International Women’s Day, we’re highlighting some of the amazing women we have in Trailblazer Social Care LTD, and we are demonstrating how essential women are to our business’ success.

In the spirit of today’s celebration, we’re sharing the journey in care woman bring to our everyday life's

From managers to our carers, women operate in every single area of our business, and we are so proud of the impact each and every single one of them make on a daily basis.

For International Women’s Day and beyond

We have over 50 employees 32 of them are Women.

28 of which are community support workers and 6 of them who are management.

It's safe to say women have a significant role in the existence in the growth and existence of Trailblazer Social Care LTD.

We are supporting woman across our work force and in this month our fundraiser will be towards Woman Aid.
