I did self hypnosis and my hot flushes reduced dramatically. They came back with a vengeance when my Mum got really poorly (cancer) and passed just 3 weeks after (obviously because the anxiety levels and grief were so high). I then continued to do self hypnosis and the hot flushes (as well as other symptoms) drastically reduced again (to near none!)

Do you find that you’re waking up during the early hours of the morning? Do you struggle to get back to sleep lying there wondering why you’re awake?

Wow! Amazing post!

Being a Therapist I know that I can’t help everyone ALL of the time; that’s life…though it does hit me hard. I get the feeling that I’ve somehow failed at my job, my need and my reason for being put on this earth. But then I realise, I’m doing my best. My absolute 100% best for everyone!

I’m human. I love what I do. I may not ALWAYS get it quite right. So what I do, is focus on ALL of the times I HAVE got it right and just how many folk I have been able to help.
