Some 4D re-scans are worth coming back for!

We have had a busy time of 4D scans over the last couple of weeks, a mixture of beautiful photos and babies that are curled up hiding. You will always get the option of coming back for another appointment if we can't get good quality images the first time round.

This little boy was curled up knee to chest and just allowed a few seconds to get these photos before hiding again. Mum brought different family members to each appointment so Dad, Grandmas and Aunty also got to experience the scan!

The 4D scan includes a growth scan. The growth scan is a comprehensive check of your baby in the third trimester including:
🌟Position of baby
🌟Position of placenta
🌟 Amount of water
🌟Doppler readings of the blood flow in the cord, which determines placental function
🌟 Measurements of baby's head, abdomen and leg

A scan report is provided including measurements and an estimated fetal weight.

Today is our last clinic of the year as we have a break and re open on Saturday 3rd January.

Thank you to everyone who has had a scan with us this year! We have been open 7 months now and it has been a privelige to be part of so many pregnancy journeys and meet you and your families.

The photo shows the highlight of my year here. Last week I had a very special visitor to the clinic, baby William, who I scanned throughout his Mum's pregnancy.

It is so rewarding to know that we can have a positive impact on your pregnancies and can provide support through the reassurance or being a listening ear. Thank you for all the feedback you send us.

We are excited to go into 2026 and continue to provide a safe, professional and family-centred service!

4D ultrasound allows you to have a peek at your baby in amazing detail and capture precious keepsakes.

The 4D scan includes a growth scan as standard to ensure the health and wellbeing of your baby.

We have long appointment times to try get the best views possible and allow you to watch your baby's movements and see their expressions in real time.

It is recommended to have a 4D scan at 26-32 weeks for optimum images and clips.

We have now been open for 4 months and have realised the reassurance and positive impact that we are able to provide for women and their families during their pregnancy. We have been so pleased to see many of you for more than one scan, it is the best compliment to us.

Every pregnancy is unique - so we want to offer you the flexibility to tailor your scans to suit you, get the reassurance you need at the times you need it, and be that familiar point of contact that has a positive impact on your journey!

We want to be accessible for as many families as possible, so we are launching our Scan Packages, so you can purchase a bundle of scans at a discounted price.

The Early Pregnancy Package offers 3 scans up to 12 weeks gestation.

The Whole Pregnancy Package offers 5 scans of your choice at the gestation you choose.

If you would like to have NIPT screening or the Fetal Anomaly scan as part of a package, or have recently had a scan with us and would like to upgrade to a Scan Package, please get in touch!

The cutest nose and chubbiest cheeks!

This baby boy is 31 weeks.

A growth scan is included with your 4D scan. This involves taking measurements of your baby's head circumference, abdominal circumference and femur length. As well as checking the amount of water around your baby and blood flow in the umbilical cord.

You will receive a scan report with the results which includes your baby's estimated weight. This can be plotted on your growth chart in your pregnancy notes.

You will received black and white prints of your baby and 3D images/4D video clips by email.

A gorgeous boy who just loved to chew his hands!

This appointment was a long one to get a peek at his face. Mum, Dad and big Sister all came for the experience.

We pride ourselves on longer appointment times as standard and won't rush the scan. If we can't achieve the high standard we strive for on our 4D scans we will offer for you to come back for a second appointment free of charge.

We spend time rendering the images after the scan, then securely email the images and clips for you to download. You also receive black and white scan photo prints and your growth scan report in the scan folder to take away with you.

The 12 week bounce!

This clip was taking during an Early Pregnancy Scan at 12 weeks gestation. This marks the end of the first trimester. The baby's organs and skeleton are now developed. They do lots of moving around, particularly jumping movements like this one.

A returning treat for the scan folders, hot drink and cake deals are back!

Golden Linings is an amazing play cafe in Brighouse town centre, with the most welcoming owners. They serve good coffee and delicious cakes, or healthier options if you fancy.

Save your voucher for one of those first trips out with your baby, to meet up with other mums, or just enjoy a hot drink and cake before baby arrives and see what they have to offer!

If you have older children there are books and activities to do at the table, for younger ones there is an indoor and outdoor play space.

We can guarantee you will be welcomed with a smile.

A new treat to go in our scan report folder is a money off voucher for a pregnancy massage with Nicole

We can highly recommend Nicole, who is an experienced therapist and trained in pregnancy massage. Based only a short walk from us, also in Brighouse town centre.

Take care of yourself with some relaxation as well as easing those pregnancy aches and pains. There are two types of pregnancy massage to choose from, book online via booksy and take the voucher to your appointment.

A beautiful face and perfect profile!

This baby is 28 weeks, the series of images is from the same scan and an example of the images you will receive following the scan by email.

This was the second appointment for this family, as baby was in a tricky position and hiding their face behind their arms and legs! We will offer you a further appointment if we can't get clear images at the first one, or maybe a short walk or a drink if we think it will help.

Every scan is always different for every baby, your images and clips totally unique. But each scan is that opportunity to bond, check your baby's health and see them in real time.

A growth scan is performed as part of every 3D/4D scan and you receive a report with the results, as well as black and white prints.
